Tips for choosing a reliable bond cleaner

Recently, bond cleaning industry has grown enormously in Brisbane and with the great number of market demand, hundreds of cleaners started bond cleaning business. But most of them are not professionally trained and have no work ethics. Here are some tips to avoid those dodgy cleaners and get your full bond back.
1. Do not use a company without any review on google. You may have received few mails from bond cleaners. Try to look up on the google and you will find some of them are not even registered on google. In my experience, they are the worst. They will do their best to rip you off because they do not have to care about the bad reviews. 2. Avoid cheap base rate or estimated quote. Bond cleaning is the most complicated and time consuming cleaning. The strategy is to easily win a job and on the day of the service, even the property is very clean, they will overcharge extras so they can cover their hourly rate(average $60/hr). *Average Market Price of Bond & carpet cleaning of small units 1 bedroom apartment - $380 ~ $450 2 bedroom 2bathroom apartment - $480 ~ $580 This is just to give you an idea of average market price of decent cleaners that I know. 3. Do not book for the last day of the lease.Some of the cleaners will try to induce you to book in for the last day of your lease. And on the day, they are likely to overcharge you double or triple. But you would not have any other option because your lease is up.
4. Request an onsite quote.This is the best way to avoid dodgy cleaners. You can get an exact confirmed quote and do not have to worry about surprise on the day.
